I have a consult on July 7th. The surgeon is Dr. Ellesmere.

So day two down.  How are you doing now?

Better today. The feeling of hunger is my new friend. OK, it still sucks, but what good does it do to bit@h about it? Thanks for caring, though. That does make it easier. I wonder how (what is her name - Kim?) is doing with her diet. Even though you do get to chew real food on this plan, it still feels like a liquid diet, because of breakfast and lunch.

Well, at least you are still working on it and haven't quit. Tenacity, that is the whole idea! Don't know how Kim is doing. Haven't heard from her.  You know what I did. I am a firm believer that if I have to suffer so does everyone else....not really, just kidding, anyway I printed out the diet and convinced 3 of my friends to start with me next week. heheheheh. We are all going to try to motivate one another. Well, we will see how that works. Can't loose if we don't try. I will let you know how my experiement goes. LOL
