Yes, I got a letter from Capital Health today and my next appointment with Diana at the weight loss clinic in Halifax is July 21. I also got my req for bloodwork and another to-do list. So, everyone, it looks like I am on a roll, finially! Now I have something to work towards. Ok, Ok, you can all applause if you want.

Thanks so much for your kind words. I read everyone's messages and I just cannot imagine how much weight everyone who participates on this forum has lost. It is unimaginable. I just cannot imagine myself weighing 123lbs. How do I fathom something so wonderful.
I am so blessed. Tonight I told my TOPS group about my journey. Most were supportive, some were speachless (not sure what they were thinking). I wanted them to hear it from me and not feel like I didn't trust them. I think they will be a wonderful support. That is a weight off my shoulders now.
Fingers crossed everything goes well and I get a surgery date.

I am hoping September. The summer will be over and I won't miss time in my pool. Last summer went bust when I had my gallbladder removed early in July and I couldn't go in the pool for nearly 2 weeks and then the rain came, and came.........Thanks everyone for your kind words of encouragement. Now I have to get really serious and do the one week liquids and get some weight off. Exercise is also something I have to make more of a committment to. Lots of hard work but worth it in the end.
