Venting.......
I think you are doing awesome and I remember reading how you are dropping sizes so you are obviously doing something right!
You were really active before surgery and did you not lose quite a bit on your 2 week liquids..... I believe you did very well on that part.
So this all has affects how quickly you lose - your body is probably still in shock mode - you should chk with some of the lapbanders that are further out and see how many calories they consume vs amount of exercise - you might be surprised to find out you are not consuming enough calories- maybe you need to up the protein.
Are you tracking on one of the online sites like fitday or daily plate to see what you are getting in each day and how many calories you are burning with all your exercise- also chk with the gals at Dr B maybe they have some suggestions on tweaking some things.... but you are probably doing awesome in their books.
Hang in there - I dont think I have seen anyone so prepared for WLS and so motivated- it will happen and the scale will move - I might be putting mine in our yearly neighborhood yard sale so I am not against chucking it!
Chin up & hugs

You look great! You look like you've lost a lot of weight since I saw you last December. I would be so frustrated too if the scale wasn't budging. You lost a lot of weight before getting your surgery, so your body may be still in shock, and is trying to hold on to every last calorie. It happens a lot unfortunately when people are 2-3 months out (or so I've been reading on the boards).
Don't give up hope - your body is just probably holding to everything it can right now, and you'll probably get over your stall in a little while. Are you eating enough? If you eat too little, your body will store every last calorie. Remember, you look great!
Day of surgery Feb 12 /09 / 251 pounds
Current weight / 206 pounds
First Goal 199 (onederland)
Second Goal / 180 (I'd be happy here if I never lost another pound)
Final Goal / 140 (final goal, more of a wish)
LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE. NOBODY'S GETTING OUT ALIVE
This is a convoluted journey to say the least. I promised myself that I would drop the perfectionism, so one slip didn't cause me to give up totally, and I am doing pretty good with that. I can slip now & again, and not throw the whole diet out. I am not doing so good with being satisfied with living a healthy life style, and trusting that over time the weight will come off. I can't seem to ignore the day to day weight fluctuations. I guess I am venting again....... I do feel 200% better than I did, but it's not enough to made me happy. I am addicted to the numbers on the scale.
Krista- I was feeling restriction for the first 2 weeks after me fill, but the last week I don't feel it any more. I stick to a cup of food and only seen to have trouble with snacking one in a while....the ice cream thing is not normal for me. I admit that sugar is my main foe in this journey. I cope by not having it around me.
I am a verbal processor....can you tell?
Thanks for all the support girls, I will implement all your suggestions.
Charline,
You are doing well. I know some people on the lapband forum are losing rather quickly, but some doctors are more aggressive with fills and everyone has a different metabolism right? You can join WW with someone and follow the same regimen and not have the same weight loss.
Don’t get discouraged. Re-evaluate what you eat, and take a deep breath. Remember that this surgery is slow weight loss and I think it’s normal that everyone feel this way at one point or another. No matter how much we are warned it is slow weight loss surgery, after the surgery we always expect to lose rather quickly.
Don’t concentrate on that scale so much, go outside and enjoy the weather! Inches and sizes are much more important than pounds!
Stay strong!
