I've hit a massive stall

I've hit a massive stall. I have been around the same weight for over a month and it is driving me nuts. (I don't have far to go really). I am stuck on 222-223-224 and can't budge it. I don't have a scale so I either weigh myself at my doctor's or my friend's. I don't weigh often but there is almost no change. I don't know wheather to eat more or eat less. I am quite limited in food choices right now so maybe that's it. UUUGGG Sorry, just had to vent.

Why don't you call Rinette.  that's what she's there for.  She can help you with calories and food choices, etc.  Give her a call.  Patsy

I agree with Patsy- call Rinette. Are you starting to exercise. You have lost a bunch of weight, so i would think that iof you are able to start moving around move, do so. If your joints are damages or whatever, is there an aquacise program you could join? It don't have to be a big thing, just increase your activity a small amount and it will help your matabolism and before you know it, you will be moving a lot more and hurting a lot less. Bonus- you will get the scale moving.
Also just because the scale isn't moving , it doesn't mean that you aren't losing fat. I have only lost a small amount of weight, but I was able to give away 3 sizes of clothing. Remember, you threw away your scale for a reason.

Yeah you two are right. I should call Rinette but I can't imagine what she can tell me. My problem is my limited food choices. No veggies, no fruits, no milk or cheese products, no to most drinks. That leaves me with lettus tomatos, cucumbers, hamburger meat and pasta. Small choices for food. Oh yeah and soup.

I think you may be right about exercise. I find my arthritis is really acting up and being unable to take any kind of nsaids or arthritis medication, I find a lot of movement very painful. I will see my family doctor about going to see a physio therapist. I am trying to get into my new place so I do spend a fair bit of time down there pounding nails or laying floors.

Just wondering if you called Rinette?  What did she have to say about all this?
