I indeed started on the liquid diet last Tuesday. I honestly don't think it's that bad so far....I was scared for the weekend but it when really great. I just fine I don't have all the energy that I use too....but I am really motivated for this so I am not complaining.
You said you were on Ensure High Protein? I am on Diabetic Boost it's funny I thought we were all on the same liquid. So did you go to Bathurst on Friday for your appt? How did that go? My was pretty good.
So the countdown is on I can't wait to be there and start my new way of living!!!

My hubby is a drywall contractor down here so, Im getting my surgery here in Alberta.

So you drink Ensure? Us with Dr. S. they recommended that we drink Boost, I have to drink 4 a day and honestly I would be fine with 3 bottles. The 4th one I am not hungry and I still need to drink it so that is the only part that I find hard because I am full with 3.
It's a small world I am originaly from Cap Pele so Richibouctou is not that far.

I m finding really easy on the ensure also, I am on the ensure high protein 4 cans a day and also i could only drin a couple and id be fine with that but i can also drink 2 cups of skim milk with it as well , so I usually mix 1/2 a cup of ensure in one bottle 4x a day.

Yes I know who is Crystal Duguay. I know her brother more because he is my age has Crystal is a couple of year younger than me but I still know who she is because were from the same small town.....Yes I knew she had gone and I saw a picture of her not that long ago from a friend of mine and she looks great.....

Wow it's a small world. Prescilla is one of my good friends, she was suppose to come up to see me this weekend but something came up and she could not...No she did not get her call yet but she did call the Dr. office and she will only be done at the end of the summer. She is ok with that.

Yes I had band surgery on Feb 24. I have not had the dramatic weight loss some of the girls here have had, but I have dropped from a size 26 in January to size 20 and some 18. My weight has dropped from 288.6 in November to 252 to 256 depending on the day (I have been bouncing up and down for a couple of weeks). I discovered today that I have dropped from 42DDD to 38DDD. Another NSV. WoooHooo!
