Tired of Waiting

You know, I'm going to just take the bulls by its proverbial horns and stop with the waiting.

I'm going to band myself.  You heard me.  I'm sitting here at work with a box of elastics.  I figure if I went in with a letter opener, and then wrapped oh...12 rubber bands around the top part of my stomach that might work.

Taking control!!

It is always good to consider all your options. 

Just remember to clean the elastics well with some alcohol (vodka, rum, etc ... whatever you find in someone's back drawer) because there is no need to add the risk of ink poisoning.

Did you have a date for the procedure, need an angel to post updates?

I have highlighters to mark the incision points, and scotch tape (possibly a stapler) to help with healing.  The office is a great place to find potential surgical instruments. 

I don't have a date yet - I am waiting for Dr. Savoie's team to put an end to everyone's tortured confusion.  I'm so TIRED of waiting, wah wah wah boo-hoo wah. 

Thought a little levity might help, but now I'm seriously considering this other option!!
