A regular poster on the RNY board put all her famous Protein Shake Recipes on one document......... she is an Eggface kinda gal - nothing scares her and she is creating new recipes and delites each day...........

Thanks for posting these Deb!  I have been on the search for a protein shake that does not make me gag for ages now and haven't found one.  I hope that maybe one of these will be THE ONE .  I am not on a hunt for some sugar free syrups.  I know Timothy's has them in the Moncton area and someone said maybe Winners carries one.

 Ann, I hadn't heard of Timothy's.  I will be in Moncton on Wednesday and I will check it out.  I went to the web site and couldn't find anything about sugar free syrups.  My appointment is at 9am so I will leave home by 5:30 at the latest and hopefully I won't be at the hospital toooo long.  This is for my mid MediTrim weigh-in and I have to meet with Rinette about diet.  And then.... next stop is the BAND!
