My next fill....

I finally got a hold of Natalie yesterday and got an appointment for my next fill.  they can't fit me in until May 14.  That's 4 more weeks to go.  Egad.  they are so far behind.  I need a fill bad.  Dr. B is taking the first week of May off so that doesn't help either.  oh well  May 14th...4 weeks and counting.  I'm like ann, having a hard time since vacation.  It's tough when you don't have the proper restriction to stop you.   Anyway I can do it.

You, for sure, can do it. I have no doubt that you can. You are a great big inspiration to all of us because you show alot of strength in this journey. I suspect, though, that since everyone has bad days you also do but you have this uncanny ability to bounce right back. I think it's terrible that they are so far behind in their fills. I actually used that as one of the reasons why I wanted the RNY but Dr B said (at the time) that he was not behind on the first fills and only about 3 weeks behind on subsequent fills. Still, the wait makes it very hard for us. Keep counting the days Patsy. It'll be here before you know it.

Hey Patsy I hear you girl, it's tough to get back into the swing of things after a vacation.  Word to the wise.  Step up your exercise.  I have not been exercising enough and that is a big thing that we all tend to avoid.  The weather is getting nicer and so maybe we both should try to increase the exercise and work this band like we are supposed to.  I am going to give it at try because I somehow feel that I am nowhere near as restricted as I need to be.  Lise said exercise in cases like that is the key.  Hang in there and if you need to talk PM me and we will arrange for a phone call.

Oh and I am thinking I should call Nathalie this week or next to arrange for the next fill now.  Perhaps if I can schedule for 6 weeks time and go from there.  Not sure if you can do that but what the heck its worth a try.  It might eliminate weeks of hanging on, one handed, by one's fingertips.
