3 days 'til Florida and....

I'm down 97.4 lbs.  I didn't hit the 100 lb loss by trip time, but I feel just as good as if I had.  I have had to buy all new clothes.  It's actually quite funny to try on last years clothes...what's left of them...they are way too big.  \it's a very expensive transition but well worth it.  anyway that's weeks results  ....down another 1.8 for a total of 97.4 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Wow!!! You are doing an amazing job!  I can't wait to have my surgery.  I'm working away at it right now and doing ok - but having one more tool to help will be great!  Just a mere 2.6 pounds to go - One week - maybe two.  Just imagine!!

Wow Patsy, that's wonderful!!!! OMG, all that weight loss and now going to Florida. It is going to be such a diferent trip. So many things you will be able to do that you couldn't do before. You should go shopping down there for clothes too. Things are a *****eaper down there. Or at least they used to be the lat time I was there.

Patsy I am so happy for you!!! What a wonderful inspiration you are for all of us.  You deserve all the perks that will come with this marvelous weight loss.  I too had to buy all new clothing, it was fun, costly but worth it. 

I am struggling right now, trying to get to April 15 and my first fill.  It is hard to keep to the rules when everything goes down so easy at this point. 

I hope you have a wonderful trip and take lots of photos of yourself enjoying great times.

I looked at a photo of myself at one point recently and didnt even see myself.  I said to my husband quite absent mindedly who is that and he said honey its you.  I just about cried.  I did not recognize myself.  I sometimes see all the fat still there but mostly I just don't know the lady looking back at me.  Its weird and strange and scary all at once.  I think it is going to take some time after I get to goal to get used to who I will be on the outside.  Inside I am still the same - screwed up and dying to be fat and thin at the same time. 

But enough about me - have a wonderful trip.  You will be amazed at what you can do and what you will be able to enjoy.  Have a blast and do it all.

thanks ann, i plan to live it up !!!!  i just hope the weather cooperates ! 

 I spoke with my daughter earlier today and at about 3pm the temperature was 86F and rising!  Any rain doesn't usually last for long.  Here's wishing for great weather and a great trip

Congrats Patsy. I can feel the excitement in your words. I can't wait to hear all about your trip as well. I have never been outside of Canada other than to spend a few hrs in Maine and my goal is to take the kids to Florida when I can enjoy it with them. I bet you feel so fabulous at this time. I wish you well and safe travelling. Live it up like you never have b4 cause you so deserve it!!!! Hugzzz
