little low on the Zink and vit D

Thank you Patsy.  I have done a lot of research on vitamins since taking them after my surgery is crucial for my health.  The DS board has a few very knowledgeable veterans on there that many from all surgery types will go to for any vitamin questions and concerns.

I thought I had posted some charts and links to studies on vitamins but may have had troubles because of the size of the articles (the above one took me quite a while to paste and it still did not come out nicely).

Got the rest of my tests and all are pretty fine.  Just Zink and D which are bit low.  Need to get ahold of the Dr. To discuss.

and the good news is everything is up from last summer...so my little lapse in Dec has not affected me long term.

Maybe when I am back in Canada...leaving today...I will just naturally get more sun and solve some part of that Vit D issue!
