MIA Lately but Back..Been Busy.

I haven't posted on here in a while sorry..

Life's been a bit busy..lately.

I joined Nubody's the new gym at the Brookside Mall and got myself a personal trainer..I really needed someone at this point to give me a kick in the butt since I've plateaued.

I've lost 140 lbs..since my surgery and met goal around 4 months ago...but I haven't yet reached my own personal goal of 120 lbs..I've got around 70 more to reach that one..and well since it's been almost 2 years since my gastric bypass now it's all up to me, no help from the surgery procedure at all now..

Welcome back! You sure do sound busy. I am going to have to join something because my weight is stalled. I am exercising and my clothes continue to get bigger, but the scale bounces up and down in the same 3 pounds!!
