Pre-op and surgery date
Slimfast is cheaper but no bars. .2 is a loss. At least it wasn't a gain. That's all that counts for right now. You'll be relieved once this part is all behind you. I found this weight worry very stressful. I'm glad i won't have to do that anymore. I no longer own scales so I really don't worry about it. No point, no scales, no worry. LOL. Which surgery are you having?
