Wow,

Having the runs and trowing up were never fun before, but really sucks post-op. I should be "thankful" that I mostly had the runs, but what a lousy day.

I even drank Jamaican ginger beer although I am not supposed to. Hopefully I will feel more human tomorrow.

Strictly a bug; but what a nasty critter! My gut is still wrenching today but I do feel more human than yesterday for sure.
