OMG 36.75 hours
The radio woke me up this morning and I thought it was Monday. After all who sets the alarm unless they are working, right? Then I panicked because I didn't get everything done yesterday (Sunday in my head). Mid-planning how I was going to get things done, what was essential and what I could cut, I thought, what the heck did I do on Sunday? Duhhh! Do you suppose that under this calm exterior I am a bundle of nerves? Nahhhh!

I'm looking forward to hearing from you after the event is over. Right now it's all nerves and butterlies. The time will pass and you will be fine. You seem to have a really good handle on things so I can't forsee anything going wrong. My only concern is the storm on Monday but it should have passed by Tuesday morning.

Really girls, I have not been nervous. The panic this morning was about "gatta git it all done" ! Sparkling house, laundry all done, showers cleaned, etc etc.....WHAT for, I ask you??? Because you and I both know that no one is going to keep it that way. A week from now I will be *****y because the house is more than it's usual mess and I can't do a whole bunch about it. I am going to spend some time tonight, getting my favorite lazy-boy "nest" all feathered with books, needle work, a heating pad, my lap top, a waste basket, the electric throw, and whatever else I can think of to make me comfy. AND I will probably clean the house too!! LOL
Oh Charline, I am also counting down the hours with you. I am so excited for you to be done. I look forward to reading how it was and how it goes for you...but...you can't stress about the house. If it does get messy, and it will, just remember, the mess will still be there when you're healed. LOL. It's quite unfortunate really, but it's true. You make me laugh all the time so I hope Dr B leaves your sense of humor behind. Good luck to ya and we'll soon see you on the loser's bench. Starr
