Got Restriction and broke the 300 lb barrier 299.8
Gosh ain't it amazing the things that thrill us WLS patients. Way to go Stephen!!!! You may find that while restricted you won't be able to do bread. Someone told me once that if it swells in water you shouldn't eat it. Bread, rice, pasta - soda crackers etc- all carbs all swell. You should also pay attention to your chewing now too. Your stoma will be small and so anything that isn't chewed good will come back to haunt you so to speak.
Welcome to Two - derville - onwards to One-derland? See you there.
