Well .... I waited little over an hour ... chatted with the server ... ordered some French Onion soup and read about the healing owers of garlic, onion and vinegar and then left at 3. Hoping no one came after that.

Hopefully next month will go better.

Will post the vitamin information though as thought I had after the F'ton meeting but guess not.
