loose band

 Got my 3rd fill today under fluroscopy, they said the band looked loose and added 3 cc . so now i have the first 3cc which dont count toward the total, plus 2cc first fill,3cc 2nd fill,3cc 3rd fill .So its a total 8 or 11cc in a 14cc band. had only gained 1.3 pounds so thats good ,hopefully this will do the trick..glad i got in quick for adjustment...back in 6 weeks.

Let's hope it's third time lucky!

Excellent that you got another fill.  I'm still working on the first fill but I'm wide open.  I had a fluoro a few weeks ago and am very loose but i developed an inflamation in my stomach so he put me on Losec for 6 weeks and will hopefully do the fill at the end of the 6 week of meds.  I hope this works well for you this time. !!!!!!

Oh Patsy, you didn't tell us. Were or are  you in any pain? 

Hi Patsy,     thanks, i hope it works too, its really difficult when your wide open like that ..its like having no band to help with the dieting at all guess thats why they call it bandster hell. On a brighter note i can really see the weightloss in your  face picture ......... your doing great  !!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Stephen, I wish i could say the same about you, but you are still large and purple !!!  LOL  oh my god i just made my self laugh.  I bet you are looking great. and i bet you feel better too. I've lost 30 since surgery.  I wi**** were more but i'm not doing alot of exercise so it's my own fault.  I'm losing at a good rate though.  I'm glad you got to see Katherine at one of your appointments.  I bet she looks awesome.  I wish I lost 85 since October...wow.  I gues RNY really works.  but the band was my only option and i'm making it work.  I wouldn't trade it for anything.  Take care and maybe i'll see you at one of the appointments.  keep the fingers crossed for success from your last fill.  we all are crossing for you.  take care, patsy

I WAS in a huge amount of pain but it seems to be getting better.  Every time food hit my stomach i would   buckle over in pain.  but now its just mildly uncomfortable.  I was sad about the inflamation but happy about the looseness of the band.  I hope the inflamation will go away completely and that i won't suffer from this forever.  He didn't say.  Anyway, enough about me.
