FRUSTRATING
I just got back from the ER at George Dumont hospital. My port has been sore fro a week. Today I had really sharp pains so I decided to get it checked out. Today being Tuesday, they were doing info sessions and Dr Beausoleil was not in today.
The Dr. I saw was clueless. He didn't know the first thing about the band and what he was looking for. He sent me for an xray but after reviewing, he admitted he doesn't know what he is looking for. He said the surgeon on call was in surgery and would only be out of the OR around 03:30. I asked if the surgeon would know what to look for and he said he would know more than he did. Considering he knew absolutely nothing, not too reassuring. He said I could go home and he would call me.
I stopped ny the clinic and the girls were in. They told me to call later & leave a message after I've talked to the Dr. They will have Dr. Beausoleil look at my films tomorrow. But RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
He just called and I am off to the hospital again for some blood work.
