And you signed your consent on Feb. 4th???  WOW!!!  I am sooo excited for you!  And I'm thinking that those who signed on the 18 & 19 of February must be pretty excited too!  This is such an emotional ride.  How long between your info session and the surgery date??  Hate to be selfish hehe - but that's where I'm at.  You are sooo close - I've got a big ol' grin on my face - happy for YOU!!!

Hi There....Congratulations on your surgery date.  That is wonderful news.  Is this with Dr Savoie?  How long did you have to wait until you got your info session, if you dont mind me asking?  I know I have a long wait but was just wondering...

Thanks
Angela

Congrats!  Do the Irish jig of joy!

Remind the staff no green beer until the surgery is completed.

Make sure you follow healthy eating, getting lots of water and do some exercise to build up your lung strength especially.  Will you be on the liquid diet for the 2 weeks or more for a rny?  Will you have help at home afterwards?  With kids and a hubby you may want to start stocking the freezer with casseroles, stews, soups, chili, shephers pie, etc that can just be simply reheated so you really do take it easy.

Now for our peace of mind ... and yours ... please register for an angel!

Good luck,

M

OMG- good for you!!  I will having surgery the day you come in for the pre-op tests.  I don't know if they will allow it, but I would love it if you could pop by to say hello.
I really recommend that you get the MediTrim supplements for the 2 week diet. At this point, I am not hungry often and there are bars to chew! I think it is miles ahead of the Slim Fast.
