R U as anxious to hear from Maggie as I am?

Shouldn't we have heard something by now? I realize she may be home resting and not feeling like posting.  We really need to get our angels organized so next time we don't have to wait and worry.

I expect that she is still in hospital because my experience is that they don't often release patients on weekends.

That would explain it! 

Yes I am worried.  But she was having RNY so they keep them longer and it is the weekend so perhaps she hasn't been released yet.  I wish we had contact info for her sons so we could at least know she is okay.

I just spoke to my eldest sister and they have not allowed my sister to come home because of the flu situation at the Dumont. I thought that the closure just meant no visitors, but it also means no one is being released.

I, too, am curious as to how she is doing. I'm sure she is doing great though. I hope we hear from her soon. My thoughts are with her

 I too am concerned.  I really thought she would be home by now.  If she is and is resting - that's wonderful - but I do hope we hear soon.  I hate feeling helpless!!!  I for one would be glad to be an angel to someone else and I would love to have an angel with my surgery date is set.  Strange how closely connected you feel to a group of people - most of whom you've never met.  Maybe it's the misery loves company thing 

I am anxiously waiting to hear word as well on Maggie, I would love to have an Angel with me when that time comes.  We are all like a family here and we are there for each other for support and to just talk or vent.

I am happy to have found this group when I registered in 2006 very informative and informative.
