I just made a realization today. When I first joined this board, almost everyone of us were doing nothing to help ourselves except for Patsy...and with everyone's encouragement, and seeing patsy's great results and with all the great support, it looks like all of us have lost weight in a matter of months!!!

KUDOS to us. I think that the worst mistake anyone can make is not participate daily on this board for support.

Thanks to everyone for  helping me get back on the wagon! I just did another 30 minutes of Yoga tonight and I can feel the sweat drip on my forehead and it feels GREAT!

May we all meet each other on the loser's bench!!

Patsy,   I have to say that the Yoga on Wii fit is super user friendly and makes you sweat. I really really love it.  I had never done Yoga before and I thought that it wouldn't burn calories but boy was I wrong. Last night I was sweating  ALOT but I enjoyed it so much.  Every day when you do your daily workout, you stamp the calendar. Last night it was late and I almost didn't do my training (being lazy...oh I have a headache...), then I realized that day wouldn't have a stamp so it made me do it! I am so happy I did! So it does work!!!!! I know it's expensive, especially with the machine and the wii fit, but its a great investment.   I think the key to exercise is to find something you really love. I'm not a dancer, but some people really enjoy dancing and what great exercise that is! Some people love swimming, so they go to aqua classes (I loved it when I went, but not as much as yoga). Personally, I'm not a gym person. I just hate the trendmill and I'm not much for leaving the house, driving there, changing, doing my workout, going home, etc.   Try to discover what you truly love doing. Try different things. Even if everyday you just stretch in your living room, do a few jumping jacks, etc. This may sound insane, but every night when I take my shower, I strech and touch my toes with my hands a few times and do some sit ups.   Every little bit helps.   You've done great so far! Exercise is the hardest part. Eating healthy is all about choices while exercise takes your time, and it hurts! I just try to tell myself that with time it will get better and easier.
