Well here it is...another saturday.  As hard as i worked this week it didn't look so successful on the scales so i didn't bother to go to WW today.  I felt it was much more important to stay in my jammies until noon.  I didn't even get up until 10:00.  ((((big smiles)))).  I think my weight appears to be the same as last week.  but I feel good, got lots of walking in and ate pretty good.  so next week should be good.  Sorry I don't have an update for you.  Stay tuned....

 Patsy, you have lost 81.4 pounds?  I think any week where you stay the same and don't gain is a successful week.  A new week ahead and a new chance to try again - that's all we can do - keep trying.  You are doing amazing and you will get there!

Your body may be reaction to the walking. I am willing to bet that you will lose a bunch next week.

I agree with Charline, you worked muscles this week that were not used to doing that much activity.  They are getting stronger and in doing so might have equaled your weight loss as you gained muscle mass.  You had a fantastic week Patsy.  And if you continue your goal will be just a short walk away.

Most likely you've gained muscle weight, so any fat weigh loss wouldn't even equal out. So I will assume that you've lost twice as much fat as you've gained in muscle. Make sense? Muscle weigh approx twice as much as what fat does.
