I am having trouble with that site. Wondering if it's just me, or is anyone else having trouble. When I click on the link to MediTrim, I get an error page.

I am on slimfast because I had tried optifast that my brother-in-law was on and it was gross. I would not have been able to drink it. Rinette said some patients do choose slimfast instead. Suzanne said they are using trimfast now. Wonder how that tastes? Bars too,oh my, food. 
Slimfast come in 4 flavours, cappacino (yuch) strawberry(yuch) chocolate(yuch) and french vanilla (tolerable) So all I drink is vanilla. Only 12 grams of protein per can and 4 cans a day that isn't much protein.

I asked if I could go on boost diabetic but she said no. There is something in slimfast that helps shrink the liver and is not found in boost. Too bad because there is 16 grams of protein in a bottle of boost diabetic.

 I am going to download and print out the 5 day pouch test. I can so see me needing that a couple of years from now.  You say to yourself that if I ever get this weight off, I'll never be fat again. I have learned the hard way, never say never. It happens.

I drink my shakes so cold that there are ice crystals in it and it doesn't taste too bad at all.

That's the trick Charline, colder than cold. Once I got that figured out the shakes were not so bad.  I even enjoyed a few of them.
