OT- Curious??
Well I think this is the best place this side of heaven ....and I am completely bias! I remember from my grade 4 geography class that the topography of NB is "rolling hills" . Most of the province is covered with forest. I suspect that it is warmer in winter and cooler in summer than your home province. I think NB is the friendliest place next to Newfoundland.....there's no place like Newfoundland. The population is about 750,000- mostly French/ Acadian and British Isles decent. The northern part of the province is mostly French speaking. The south west is English, the south east mixed Acadian and English. The east coast is largely Acadian with pockets of English speaking people. NB is Canada's only officially bilingual province. A few people are not happy about that, but most accept it as fair given our demographics (just my opinion- please fellow OHers, no political debates here). Most of the manufacturing is in the south. Fishing, farming, and forestry are the major economic sectors in most of the province. Any other questions?
