in what language is you lap band card?

Both the German and the Swedish translate to something not too exciting, but you would be ok if something went wrong in either Sweden, Germany, Asutria, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, or Luxembourg. :-D

Basically, what the 2 cards translate to is:

PATIENT ID
This person wears an adjustable gastric band around the stomach to help support thier weight loss.

I think that it's hilarious that there are so many cards going around in so many languages. :-D It was kind of like a grab-bag of information cards.
