How well did you do today?

Whatever your goal or struggle for today- calories, water intake, exercise, small bites, chewing, sugars, whatever- how did you do today?

 Today I have done well-
Eating- ! consumed 1269 calories
Exercise- I walked for 30 minutes/ 1.3 mile./ 269 calories
water- drank 1 liter of water

I practiced small bites by eating a stir-fry one veggie or bit of meat at a time. I also eat a (legal) chocolate bar in about 30 bites.

I am starved, starved, starved! I also hurt my back today, so I don't know if I will be able to keep walking over the next few days. I am currently parked on my heating pad.

I did well today.

I drank 5 bottles of water (and pissed all day!)
I snacked throughout the day,  I ate cheese, a clementine, grapes, my 100 calorie thing, had my supper (which had carbs & proteins), one glass of V8 fushion and had an apple for dessert.

I was hungry at one point of the day and that's when I had cheese. I've been buying these individual sizes of cheese by liveactive. I love them because they are 90 calories and really fill you up plus they have probiotic cultures.

walked for about 10 minutes

Tommorow I plan to do better on the protein front. I didn't feel like I had enough today. I got alot on the fruits & vegetables, only got a little  bit of carbs, ate some dairy, but I was lacking on protein. It's hard to eat balanced!

i was craving a wholeweat turkey sandwich (I love them so much) but I thought, no monica save that for tommorow's lunch...you'll have it in due time...


Ah the things I tell myself...

EDIT//I just remmebered I had a oatmeal bar too in the afternoon. Ok so I just calculated my cal on dailyplate and I only ate about a 1000 calories :/

It sounds like you did really good. You are moving ahead on a number of goals. If I can make one cautionary note; it sounds like you are getting more fruit than veggies. Fruit is nature's candy. While much better for you than a host of other choices, it should be limited to a few servings a day and not all at one time because of the effect on blood sugar. Even if you are not  diabetic, too much sugar causes insulin spikes, followed by sugar lows and hunger. I hope you don't mind the mini lecture & it is not intended to diminish you success. Besides, for all I know you ate enough carrots to sprout cute, but long ears!!
