Need to vent

Winter blah is just a bit of what is happening. You need to relax, calm yourself and get much more rest expecially with a cold attacking your body. Don't worry too much right now about the scale. Nobody is ever an angel when it comes to food, it will come down soon enough. Try to get plenty of water in to you to fight off the cold and add extra vitamins. Warm baths, soothing tea and relaxing music works wonders. Take care!

Thanks Dreamcatcher, good advise. I rested most of the weekend and I tried to get my water in today. I was out of vitamin C and bought some today. I am also taking zinc, which boosts the immune system.
