I have already posted a reply to this post, but I wanted to add that I love reading your rambling and you could never post too often for me. So ramble away.

I too can here and see what you where talking about it is so clear. I find NVS's like yours inspiring on days that I'm not sure I can do it. I wait now for my own NVS such as this after WLS. Way to go!

Charline, were you asking me when my surgery will be done? If so it's Feb 12. If not it's still Feb 12 and I'm sorry if i answered someone else's question LOL

Yes that is what I was asking. I am sure you posted it, but I couldn't remember. 17 days and counting!!
