I went walking...

I left work earlier than usual yesterday so i could get a bit of a walk in before Jay picked me up at the bus stop.  Well not only did I leave early but Jay left work late.  So I walked in the direction he would be coming to get me so that he would stumble upon me walking along.  Well I walked and walked and walked and it wasn't even bothering me.  He didn't catch me for 40 mins and I think it was probably 2 or 3 kms.  I felt great and probably could have kept going.  this is a huge NSV for me.  I never used to be able to walk any distance with it bothering my lower back the whole time I walked.  I didn't have any pain this time.  Still doing the happy dance !!!!!

That is awesome Patsy.   I feel the same way.  I am so much stronger and it is so much easier to move and my stamina is improving daily. 


Way to go for both of us.
