I went to my family doctor yesterday and she took me off of my blood pressure medication. So, that's it...my arthritis pills and now blood pressure pills. How exciting. I can't believe it. I feel great !!!!

Wow Patsy, that was really quick. I had heard of people going off their medications but that was fast. You must be glad. I am so happy for you. Me next.

I am so happy for you.... it feels so good.

I am off bp meds, anti-inflamatories and 2 types of pain/muscle relaxers that were for my back/sciatic nerve problems and at the end of it before surgerey I was getting injections for my back/neck/sciatica problem 2-3 times a month - so I know what it feels like to say good riddens!

Happy... as well you should be! What a wonderful thing! I am so happy for you Patsy. I too have not had to take my Lasik (sp) nor my Nexium since surgery. Every little step, every little victory is monumental to us. This not only means you are a "Loser" you are a "Winner" too. Good for you!

Woohoo! Write this as another wow on the calendar!

Now go calculate how much $$$ you are saving by no longer having to take those meds ... on Biggest Loser it added up to several hundred thousand $$ for a couple of them.
