Big surprise when I stepped on the scales

I got "scaled" (as I call it) at my diabetic clinic today.  I was surprised that I was down 20 pounds since my last weigh in in late November.  This and the fact that we finally have water again (froze last Friday so a nice hot bath is in order for tonight.) made it a great day.
PS does anyone know how to put the ticker factory thing on?

wasn't it you that said she had no will power??  NOT!  Congratulations, that's a fantastic weight loss. I need your secret!

As for the weight trackler, If I remember---- you go to tickerfactory.com and made up your ticker, then highlight and copy it. Go back to obesityhelp and go to user settings on the left of the screen. Then paste it in you signiture.

I think I found the 20 lbs that you lost though - somehow it found it's way on my butt. That explains what happened! ;-)

Woohoo!  Way to go ... sometimes there are benefits to being as sick as you were  ... hopefully more will continue to come off but in an easier way!
