Where do you get your vitamins?

Since I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I will be able to have a DS I was wondering where everyone gets their vitamins.  I know I can get them from the US but is there any suggestions for Canada?

Google "Baritatric vitamins " and I am sure you will see lots of places. I think that the place where we can get Opti-fast in Montreal also has the vitamins. There are different brands and different surgeries require different formulas. I'm sure clawrence will have an answer for you.
