I called to see if the fax was received from the Cardiologist and it has been. Dr B won't see it until Friday!!! She said that he only has 1 office day in January and it is this Friday. I asked if the report could be faxed to the hospital but she said that he wants to see all reports at the office! I was going to put a smiley in the subject but I couldn't decide if it should be the clown with the red nose or the red flaming mad one!!! I am kind of both, but mostly the happy one.
MICHELLE- I have a goal. " I will lose the remaining 1.2 pounds I gave gained since December 8th by Friday January 23rd."
This will be quit a challenge because I will be spending 3 days in the car this week. When I drive long distances I get sleepy and I have to munch on something to stay alert. I will have make a ton of calorie free Jello!

Focus on portable protein snacks like cheese, jerky, healthy nuts and have lots of water. Leave the carbs out of the car as the sugar may perk you up for a part of the drive but the "crash" afterwards could put you to sleep (although they are likely a no no already because of your diabetes).
Eat some extra spinach and bran too this week to build up your iron and clean out the pipes, LOL, could lose more than a couple pounds!
