I just got my surgrery date

Yay for you!!!!! I am so glad for you.  I remember that feeling.  It is amazing isn't it?  

Here comes another loser.  We will be watching to hear how it goes for you.  Don't sweat the small stuff.  It will all go the way it is supposed to go for you no matter how hard you try to make it go any other way.  Just relax, get lots of sleep, exercise a bit more, make really good food choices and you will be fine. 

They will weigh you on pre-admission so start this very minute to drink lots of water and eat a little less.  You can do this.

I'm so happy for you :) I can't wait to hear my surgery date as well. Hope you do well with lossing some weight as you can do this. You got this far and just keep remembering this time next year there will be a new, healthier you :)  What a great feeling that is going to be..... :)  I'm so excited to hear about the future you. I'm signing my papers on Feb 4th...maybe we'll have our surgery around the same time or a bit close any ways :)  Take care and keep up the great work.

Debbie from the cape, did you say you are signing consent papers on Feb 4? OMG, I signed mine on Jan 12 and got called with a surgery date less than 2 weeks later. Maybe it will go just as fast for you. I've got my fingers, toes and eyes crossed for both you and Charline.

I am not out of the woods yet. I still have to make weight Tuesday and I still have to get a clean bill of health from my ekg, blood work and xrays. I will not be convinced I'm actually having this surgery until I wake up and it is done. I once went to sleep to have a complete abdominal hysterectomy and woke up with a huge incision but no hysterectomy. Had to go back a year later for another huge abdominal incision to have the hysterectomy.  All because of one sentence to the surgeon. But that's another story. Now I am very careful of what I say to surgeons. LOL
