I just got my surgrery date

OMG, OMG, OMG. The hosp just called and booked my preadmission and surgery dates. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT> I AM SOOOOO EXCITED.  I go for preadmission on Jan 27 and my surgery is scheduled for February 12. I am sooo happy. Doing the dance of joy!! Now I need to lose those 5 pounds that I gained since  Jan 12.

That is AWESOME, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! What surgery are you having done and who is your surgeon?

Soooooo happy for you. I got the green light from the cardiologist yesterday, so I hope to be posting a simillar message soon.

Congrats!  Not be sure to follow Dr Beau's instructions so you don't have anymore worries like after Christmas.  Hopefully you will not fine the shakes too bad ... remember this time too will pass.

WOW!!!!! Congratulations on getting your call and the date wow before you know it you will have the surgery and be on the loosing end of a healthier you...I am so happy for you...WOOOHOOOO!!!!!!

Thank you thank you all of you. For those who asked, I am having RNY with Dr. Beausoliel in Moncton on Feb. 12. Unless I gain weight or he changes his mind. Now I have gotten myself worried. Hope he won't change his mind, hope I lose the weight. Oh my.

Charline, Beth, Michelle and all other waiters, I'm sure it won't be long now for you guys. From the time medicare finally approved me and now it has been only a little over a year. I was approved in Aug. 2007. Dr. B. did not see you untl you were approved by medicare last year.I don't know how it works now.

Now, Dr b or Dr S decide who will get surgery. That's how it should have always been. I never did get approved by medicare because I still had another year to wait to see the endocrinologist. If they had not changed the process, I would have another year orn 2 to wait!
