Weekly Weigh In
I almost forgot to report my results this week. I done good. I was down 3.4 lbs. for a total of 79.2 ... again!!!!! I am getting closer to that 80 mark. My goal is to lose 20 before I go to florida at the end of March. Eating is much much better today. Talk about a moody band. It has a mind of its own. Must be a female band with PMS. Although I named it Felix !!!

Good for you Patsy! I too look forward to your weigh-ins, you are doing just fab and I am so glad you are feeling better.
I don't have a goal yet. I kind of think I know where I want to be but the Doctor never said anything one way or the other and so I hesitate to set a goal myself.

I haven't named my band but then I haven't really met it yet. Its in there playing hooky and so until my first fill I expect it will be she who shall remain nameless and then maybe later "She Who Must Be Obeyed". I was a big fan of the Rumpole of the Baily series on PBS and the author of the series James Mortimer just passed away lately. That is what Rumpole called his wife and so perhaps that is what I will call my Band - "She Who Must Be Obeyed" and feminine because I am not the kind of chick to let guys tell me what to do ha ha ha.

That bad episode was Thursday at lunch. I had another small one Friday night, but no more since (knock on wood). I feel good. Hopefully I'm on the right path now.
