girls, we are doing very good nutrition wise, however I need to kick it into second gear exercise wise! Following a bit weigh****chers is great. I try to blend the liquid diet and ww.
I try to have 2 meals as a slimfast and a full healthy meal. I'm getting weighed tomorrow morning so I will let you know how much I lost tomorrow night.
Guess what?? I started YOGA this week. It's a 8 week program and I love it. I figure it will help me with my back, help my lungs for surgery and lose weight. It is also nice to learn how to meditate... breath...
I'll tell you all about it on Saturday.

I used to take an exercise program from a trainer who was a Pilate's expert and who's mother was a yoga master. Her classes were amazing. Unfortunately Goodlife switched to "packaged classes" and anything outside that box is a no-no. I am going to take Pilate's when I am able to move better.
As for coping with the cold- I go to the walking track at noon hour. It is great for me. It is 2 minutes from work, no ice to slip on, and cool but not too cold.
