Does anyone use the Wii Fit as a tool during weight loss

Hi,
I just got a Fit at Christmas time. When I started to see how well it logged my weight, and the little scales talk to me...I really thought..wow..I do wish I had this back when I was loosing weight.

Anyone else have Wii Fit experience to share. I am curious.

I want to start using it in Feb to do some exercising at home, the Fit games comeing with the Balance board seems to get good reviews, but I see there is a new Fit game which is not getting good reviews. So far I just have the one that comes with it, and only used it a day or two before leaving town for January.

Any Wii Fit users advice?

DS Surgery June 2006, Been fine every since. Weight stays the same. Rarely remember I had surgery.....except for the daily vitamins.

Lap Band on 12/02/08

I hope to use one. I got a Wii for Christmas but it was impossible in my location to find the Fit. I am hoping to get one soon though as supplies get a bit better. I have a friend at work who loves her Fit and says it is a great way to work out. So let us know how you make out with your Fit once you get going.
