Sorry to keep you in suspense....but I didn't get to WW this week. I was away for a girls weekend at my cottage. But on my scales I stayed the same. stay tuned for next week....

I have been fighting the same 3 lbs since New Years and my clothes are bigger so I know I am down.... but I am putting away the flippin thing - not getting on it for a week - its that horrible time of the month again - my periods have been from hell since surgery so I know I am bloated and its water weight - but every time I get on that thing I am so down on myself.
I freak and think oh no this is my window of losing opportunity closing - I didnt lose enough...... stinkin thinkin gets ya everytime!
Being stuck in this flippin house all day didnt help- Enough snow! I am moving south..... I took out my anger on housework and rode my bike !!!
