I moved big time today- at least for me!!

I went to the walking track today and in 30 minutes I nordic walked 14 laps!! My previous best was 10.5 laps in 30 minutes. I even passed one couple (mind you, they were like 70 years old LOL). I am pumped. I will walk again tomorrow!

Thanks Rachel!  I planned to do it again today, but I forgot that I had to travel to New Minas NS.
I thought I could make it here before the weather caught up with me- WRONG! From a little before Truro and on the driving was brutal. I wanted to stop at Halifax, but DH was driving and you know men- stopping was not an option!  The usual 5 hour drive took 7.5 hours!! We arrived tired but alive, which is probably a better choice than finishing the drive in the morning. At least the roads were bad enough that almost all the drivers were driving slow.
