can i eat gum with optifast?????

Congrats on your way to surgery !!   I can't answer any of your questions unfortuniately. You must be really feeling the crunch. You are doing it all at once (smoking etc).   All I can say is that its all for what is to come ....a SLIM beautiful lady ...keep your chin up !

Were you able to get nicoderm for quitting smoking? It does help a lot. Nicoderm and keeping your hands busy. When is your surgery date? This hunger thing should pass. In a couple of days you won't have that knawing hunger anymore. I did go on a 14 day fast before using slimfast. First few days are the worse. Just think, in no time you will have your surgery and be looking forward to eating real food.

I can't see how chewing Freedent or some other sugar free gum would hurt. You are not eating it, just chewing it and spitting it out. A quick call to Dr. B's office should set it straight. I am sure they have heard stranger questions. LOL Let us know what they say.
