How did you move today?
I just want to point out that you don't have to have the same goal as I do to post a reply. This is about improving your health, and we are all at different places in that journey. Your goal may be to climb a set of stairs or run a marathon (well almost) like our St John super star. My goal is to walk or lift weights 30 minutes per day 5 times a week. I will increase that to 7 days a week in the spring when it is warmer. I have not met that goal.....but posting here gives me a little push in the right direction.
How did I move today? I went to the walking track and Nordic Walked for 30 minutes and 10.5 laps.
