I CAN'T BELIEVE I DID IT!!! WOW
I WAS LOOKING IN MY CLOSET TODAY FOR STUFF AND NOTICED MY FAV CAPRI PANTS PRE-OP - I ACTUALLY WORE THEM IN MY PRE-OP PICS FOR THE SURGEON - THE PICS I AM TRYING TO FIND ON MY COMPUTER AND CAN'T BUT WILL POST SOON !
SO I LOOKED AT THEM AND THOUGHT I WOULD TRY THEM ON - OK SO THEY ARE SIZE 26 AND I HAVE TRIED THEM ON A COUPLE OF TIMES AND OF COURSE THEY ARE HUGE ON ME - MY SIZE 16 PANTS THAT I WAS WEARING 2 WEEKS AGO ARE NOW TOO BIG- SO I AM THINKING I CAN MAYBE DO A 14......
SO I TRIED THEM ON AND OF COURSE HUGE BUT THEN I THOUGHT CAN I DO THE FAMOUS STAND IN THE ONE LEG AFTER SHOT LIKE YOU SEE IN THE MAGS AND I CAN !!! I COULDNT BELIEVE IT I CALLED MY HUSBAND AND HE SAID I LOOKED CUTE IN MY PENCIL SKIRT!!!!
I CANT BELIEVE THAT I COULD DO IT - NOW THE GOAL IS TO BE STANDING IN THEM AND BE LOST TODAY I CAN STAND IN THE ONE LEG AND ITS FITTING.....
I GAVE EVERYTHING I OWNED AWAY TO CHARITY I AM SO GLAD I HELD ONTO MY FAT PANTS - I LOVE MY FAT PANTS THEY MADE ME FEEL SO GOOD TODAY - I NEVER FELT GOOD IN THEM AND TODAY I HUGGED THEM!!
YES TODAY HAS BEEN AWESOME.
I WILL POST A PIC OF ME IN MY FAT PANTS - MY CAMERA WAS CHARGING AT THE TIME..... BUT OH I AM GONNA CAPTURE THIS MOMENT FOR SURE !!!!

How have things been going for you so far? Someone above mentioned negatives, and I always here more positives then negatives regarding the RNY...so it might be nice if you can share more of your journey.
The body in one leg is a classic photo...as someone who wears a size 12...down from a very tight 28...it is pretty amazing!

DS Surgery June 2006, Been fine every since. Weight stays the same. Rarely remember I had surgery.....except for the daily vitamins.
