My Doc gave me a referal to Dr. S

She was shocked that I knew so much about everything (like not taking referals-I told her in Jan), so I am really excited.

Although, I spent yesterday throwing up so hard that my face looks like I have red freckles, woke up with no voice, sinus pressure and ear issues....What a wonderful thing the Christmas holidays are.

That's really great!  You will be on the loosers bench before you know it!

As for the health issues, if you can keep things down, try taking zinc to boost your immune system.

Woohoo about the referral!!  So glad you came to the meeting - obviously you listened to all the information shared and did some research that will help you on your path to weight loss success!

So sorry to hear that the flu hit you.  I have been struggling with it for way too long now, but on some major drugs and finally seeing some progress.  Take care of yourself so it doesn't linger long.

Take a very active interest in making sure your referal doc is faxed to Dr. S office.  Do it yourself, or call Dr. S temp office to make sure it is there.  You do not want to waste any time, as you see from other posts...those that send their own Referrals...or at minimum...call to make sure the paper is in their hot little hands...will have the best chance for an appointment the soonest.
