Weekly Weigh In
Well, it's a boring update. I stayed the same. No change. Still sitting at 292. egad.
Oh well I was down 4 last week so I won't complain. I feel thinner since I've been going to Curves so that makes me happy. I started that Biggest Loser Challenge from the Lapband board so hopefully that will also help keep me motivated. I go next Monday for my first fill. yippee. I hope it works for a while. I know it takes a few fills to get to your sweet spot, but I'd take a week or two of restriction !!!! especially over xmas !!!!

Hey a zero is better than a plus! Bet if you took some measurements to compare you have lost some inches ... remember that muscle weighs more than fat too...
Good luck fill the fill.

Good for you Patsy. I think you will find that Curves is helping you build some good fat buring muscle. Don't use the scale as your only method of tracking your progress. Measurements are a wonderful way to gauge of just how far you have come. If you feel thinner then you probably are and it is just not registering on the scale.
You are doing wonderfully well and I am looking forward to following in your footsteps.
