Lets sort out our December Meet & Greet

Hi Folks,
The suggestion has been put forth that we meet on the weekend, to allow the people from other towns outside Fredericton to be able to drive in without the Winter Dangers.

I am keen on this, but as we had been going on Tuesday night...I want to see what everyone else things.

Basically...any of us can agree to meet at any time...so if Tuesday is the only time which is for you and you want to meet Saturday...I can do both.

But...I do prefer the Saturday.  And I would hate to see my lovely Michelle who has driven twice from Moncton and shown such dedication...get hurt on the way home.  Last time it was just the car..but a costly trip.

  How about it everyone...how does a Saturday the 6th of December sound at 14:00.  Place to be determined.  This gives you time to come to town...heck...even get all your chores done in the morning.  For those that want to eat..do it before we meet.

And then we meet up somewhere ... still to be determined.

hm......?  If you don't like this plan..then what do you suggest?

you live on douglas ave? you only live about a 5 minute walk from me!

Just talked to Mom and the Sat would work better for us too!  Is the Cat's BB open for Friday as we would come up then to do a little Holiday visiting beforehand.  (of course weather permitting - hopefully Mom will drive so my car can rest, lol)

Would be great to meet at your place Lori!  The Oromocto Supperstore community center was booked for Dec and I still haven't heard back from the Fredericton one.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again.  Plus this will keep your mind busy for company coming Lori, instead of the soon to be surgery - woohoo you must be getting excited!

I wouldn't be able to go to any meet  unless it was around 4..I work days (shift work) from 6 AM to 3 PM...and I"m pretty sure that's my Saturday to work.

I see Sat is ok...but the time is a issue...well..between yesterday and today I have to be out of town on Friday...and will just get back in at 15:30 on Saturday.  And I can be anywhere in F'ton for 16:00...as long as my flight is on time.

So...you guys can start at 2 if you want...but dont go home til after 4 so I can see ya all. 

And my B&B is always open!

Any time or place is fine with me.  In one of the books I am reading has a chapter on dealing with food during the holidays- I thought i would do a short presentation on the chapter. What do you folks think?

And I have moved my flights...so will be in earlier.  So what about a compromise time of 3pm?   This is earlier enough for those coming from out of town to be ready to head back around 5ish and it not be too late for their long drive home, and if you work till 4 just come then and there is still lots of meeting left.

and....Charlene do her presentation at 4ish...or little after, to catch the late comers.

How does that work?  3 pm at Lori's. 

And how about a have a protein pot luck. when we are meeting like this.  Nothing major with a lot of prep, but if you use protein suppliments, bring some samples for folks to try.  Alot of these come in big quantities, so it helps to know if you like one over another.  And we don't buy stuff to bring but we all bring some samples of the protein supplements we are using.

We can just leave the protein pot luck as a standing suggestion...if you have a sample ... bring it. 
And...can you tell I have a good one, just dying to share
