starting day 5 on Optifast

CLARIFICATION...England had sunshine, but when we landed in Aberdeen it was snowing and miserable. not only  is it unusual for it to snow this much this early, but snow usually doesn't last past noon even in January....at least here in Aberdeen, which is no the coast of the North Sea. It started raining about 3 this afternoon and man were my sneakers soaked.  If I get a cold I will be so P***** off!  But I did walk about 5 miles today!  Thank God that sore muscles does not effect surgery.
