Reservations in NB-Close to Dr. B's office??
I am doing great! It took me a few shakes to get the pattern down and now I am running with it. I learned fairly quickly that cold cold cold is the only way to go and I got some neat little shaker bottles at GNC with a little wisk like ball in it that mixes the shake really well. I am just finishing my second day on Optifast and I am very Opti-mistic that I can do this. I am content with my decision to have surgery - thanks in no small part to our chat and your emails. Your openness was most helpful and I am truly grateful for that. I have my last appointment before surgery next Tuesday at 11 and then its just one more week and my big day will arrive. I am glad to see you on this forum. I have found it most helpful and the folks on here are just grand, so helpful, kind, caring and understanding. I have been posting on here pretty often so just keep watching and you will be able to follow my progress.
