And there you have it in a nutshell Charline - comparing it to pregnancy and labour is - for those of us who have experienced it - is a great analogy. Once the process starts for me, hopefully tomorrow when the Optifast arrives, there is no turning back, I will handle it okay and I will share how it goes so that you will know what to expect.
