I'm back too !

I was in Moncton today to get my staples out.  I missed ann  though but not by very much.  The staples came out relatively easy.  Only one was stubborn but even that one came out pretty easily.   They were pleased with my weight loss so far.  i was down 17 on their scales but 19 on WW's scales.  same diff.  I also saw Rinette and she was pleased with my progress so far as well.  One more week of mushies and then back to reality.  They told me my fill will be in about 4 weeks.  They are a little behind. I told them if they have a cancellation to call me.  Lise said, "I've never heard that one before!!!"  Everyone is anxioius.  So my fill should be mid-December I think.  I can't wait to have restriction.  Right now it's will-power alone that keeps you on track.  Scarey.  Anyway, that was it...and then off to costco and then back to Halifax.  I go back to work on Monday, so tomorrow is my last day off.  boo hoo.  I'm just starting to enjoy it and it's over.

Aren't Rinette and Lise the best? I love seeing them when I go there. They are so supportive!
